It was strange not just having to dodge the dog fouling for once. Having to negotiate sheet icing too on my daily walks after the treacherous winter conditions previous was pretty risky.
At least for once on this occasion I am fortunate enough not to have the obligation of driving on the stuff too!
It was great to get a whole weekend in the Summery conditions of Spain though just before all of the white stuff came down.
And what an education for the Children amongst us, that have never even seen anything like this in their entire lifetime, let alone experienced anything like it!
So much for the few days missing out of the curriculum – all of this real fun is priceless and underated!
