Well some interesting items in the news today. What about all those SMS text scams? I hear many people have received message after message on their mobiles. You know the usual competition stuff, and then the premium rate line 'see what you've won' scam!

I guess now with picture messaging it will be lucrative porn too! I just pray that the service providers can really help here to do their best to stop all the crap before everything dies a death and goes belly up!

It's certainly worth reporting abuse to the account providers which is what I always do the instant such bull is received. I understand action can be taken. It was interesting reading about some of the fraud that has already been committed though.

So all the beady eyes should be open for the cinematic view of Mars tonight I guess. I'll certainly have a skeg out of my window, and speaking of planets - where did the Sun go anyway? Is the Sun a planet then, or a star? For that matter what is the difference?
